Food Safe (Level 1) Course

This one-day, in-person course teaches practical food safety for kitchens, cafés, grocery/retail, and catering. You’ll learn how contamination happens and how to prevent it—from receiving and storing food to cooking, cooling, reheating, and serving. We cover personal hygiene, cross-contamination control, temperature danger zones, allergen awareness, and proper cleaning/sanitizing. Instruction is delivered bilingually (Punjabi and English), with simple examples and workplace scenarios so you can apply the steps immediately.
